I spend at least 40 hours a week in the weird and wonderful world of IT support and started this blog as a neater collection of various solutions and tips I come across every day. Well…I don’t always deal with anything worth sharing so you won’t exactly find daily posts on here. Anyway I specialise in most things Microsoft and Citrix and hope my somewhat random collection of posts might prove useful to others.
